At the customer's request, a new transportation passing under construction (crimean bridge) needed to be supplied with cable carrier systems resistant to atmospheric corrosion category c5-m. Our company has successfully tested the resistance to atmospheric corrosion of categories c5-m and im2 according to iso 20340; obtained the certificate of the russian maritime register of shipping, mastered a new range of series of solid and perforated trays: cable tray stk 500x150, cable perforated tray stkr 500x150 -3000, cable tray cover sts 500 - 3000, separator r-143 3000, clamping staple psk 150 (polyamide).

Composite trays are more often demanded at the production facilities where acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals are used, as well as in the marine environment. The main effectiveness of composite cable management systems is to replace traditional metal cable systems with corrosion resistant material.

Durability of 35 years.
Maintenance-free.
Temperature range of operation and installation -60°c to +85°c. Absence of cold breakage.
